BEEF STRIPLOINS

Meat piece from the hindquarter bone less. Is the lower part of the pectoral muscles. We are preparing this piece individually and divided among diferent weight rangs. Usefull for the preparation of piece of meat, for stewing, and in small pieces for soups.
