Nestled in the heart of Uruguay, within the province of San Jose, our operations span across 12 ranches and feedlots, providing ample resources to nourish our cattle with a balanced diet of pasture and grain. Additionally, we oversee 13 properties dedicated to backgrounding our cattle, preparing them for entry into the feedlot.
Up to 60% of our cattle are raised on our own properties, with the remaining 40% sourced from approved suppliers. We offer high-quality grass-fed meat from steers raised and fed exclusively on pastures, as well as premium selected cattle that undergo grain feeding.
Within our state-of-the-art feedlots, cattle receive meticulously prepared feed rations sourced locally and tailored to their nutritional needs.
We provide our grass-fed cattle with premium-quality pasture and our grain-fed cattle with top-grade grains.

Situated in the heart of Paraje Bañado, San Jose Province, our strategic location enables us to maintain continuous communication with cattle producers in the region. This proximity facilitates our acquisition of animals, primarily Aberdeen Angus and Hereford breeds, renowned for their quality genetic selection.

Our completely natural feed rations are crafted to enhance flavor richness and achieve the desired marbling, meeting the discerning preferences of our customers. In line with research by Temple Grandin, our cattle are treated with utmost care and provided comfortable living conditions.
Our meticulous handling practices involve the use of horses and personnel within the feedlot to ensure gentle movement of the cattle. This serene and tranquil environment contributes to improved meat tenderness.
